In the Application rules window, click Save. The created rule will appear in the Application rules tab with the Deny action status. If you want to record the actions of this rule to the report, select the Log events check box. In the Name section, enter Web-Browsing. In the Network rule window, select Block in the Action section. In the Application rules window, go to the Network rules tab and click Add. In the Application network rules window, right-click the application for which you would like to block the access to the Internet, and select Details and rules from the context menu. In the Firewall settings window, click the Configure application rules link. In the Settings window, go to the Protection section and select Firewall in the right frame. Open the Settings window of Kaspersky Total Security. 
To block the access to the Internet for a certain application, create a rule for that application in the Firewall settings.
